Marine Wedding Cake

I was very lucky to take part in our friends’ wedding by making this three tier marine themed cake for their special day.

Each level of this wedding cake had different flavors and fillings. The bottom tier was vanilla sponge with mascarpone filling. There was a raspberry cake with butter cream in the middle and a blue colored vanilla sponge with whipped cream and passion fruit pulp at the very top.

All the decoration were made with my favorite marshmallow fondant. It works well every time for me.
